City Manager *Previous experience in tourism mandatory

City manager is a full time position at Bus2alps AG. The CM will be employed in Switzerland, however will live and work in the respective departure city. The CM will travel extensively throughout Europe. The CM reports directly to the Operation Manager who is based in Interlaken. The city manager is responsible for all local operations including, local marketing, staff supervision & planning, contact with local service providers, and guiding.  CM is also expected to take on all those responsibilities listed under, Lead Guide, Guide, and Intern.

Actual Departure Cities: Florence, Rome, Prague, Barcelona

Guide *Previous experience in tourism mandatory

Lead Guide is a full time position at Bus2alps AG. The LG will travel extensively throughout Europe. The lead guide reports directly to the City Manager (CM) of the respective departure city. In addition to the responsibilities listed under Guide & Intern, the lead guide is expected to fill the role of “Team Leader” for the guides & interns, and as assistant to the CM.

Job Description Intern * Entry level for those new to travel and tourism

An Intern position at Bus2alps AG, is a full time seasonal job. An internship is a freelance position at Bus2alps AG.  Interns reside in their respective departure city, however travel frequently throughout Europe. Interns also receive commission based on sales. An Intern is considered a guide and a promoter for Bus2alps AG. In addition to the responsibilities of a guide (J.D. Guide), interns also have organisational and marketing responsibilities.

Campus Ambassador

Campus Ambassador positions are based in the United States, and are responsible for coordinating and promoting awareness of Bus2alps at the home university. This position is free lance, and works directly with the Bus2alps US Operations Manager. Campus Ambassadors are candidates for the full-time positions in Europe above.
